My name is Thomas Wall, I am a certified personal trainer and nutrition coach from St. John's, Newfoundland. Growing up I played multiple sports at a national level and was heavily involved in the fitness community and self improvement. From there, my passion for health and fitness has continued to grow obtaining my certification in personal training and nutrition, while pursuing a Kinesiology degree at Memorial University . I found out very young my purpose in life was to share my knowledge and help change the lives of others, through physical fitness. I help my clients achieve their goals naturally, while teaching them to enjoy life in the process.
