My name is Thomas Wall, I am a certified personal trainer and nutrition coach from St. John's, Newfoundland. Growing up I played multiple sports at a national level and have been heavily involved in the fitness industry since I was 14. From there, my passion for health and fitness has continued to grow obtaining my certification in personal training. while pursuing a Kinesiology degree at Memorial University of Newfoundland. I found out very young my purpose in life was to share my knowledge, help educate, and inspire others to change their lives through physical fitness and nutrition. I help my clients achieve their goals naturally, while teaching them to enjoy life in the process.
